The Darke County Board of MR/DD is comprised of seven members who serve on a voluntary basis. These
members are appointed by the Darke County Commissioners and the Probate Judge, as required in Ohio Revised Code.
The 2008 Board members are:

- John Miller, Vice President (Greenville, Ohio)
- Daryl Locke, Secretary (Greenville, Ohio)
- Brad Bixler (Arcanum, Ohio)
- Yolonda Geis (Greenville, Ohio)
- Pam Pohlman (Versailles, Ohio)
- Melissa Sparks (Greenville, Ohio)
